Portraiture, Family and Pets

The studio is set up in the comfort of your own home.  This enables you as parents to have easy access to changes of clothes for when accidents occur, food and your child’s favourite toys.  Also, your child is more likely to feel relaxed when they are in familiar surroundings. It also means when they run off you are not worrying what they are going to do or touch. By being at home you will be more relaxed as well, as you haven’t had the stress and expense of getting to a studio and then having to deal with over excited children.

We can also include the family pet in the picture either with you or on their own.  By doing the shoot in your own home you don’t have the stress of getting the family and the family pet to the studio or an over excited pet who just wants to explore the surroundings rather than be with you for a photo.

We can also do photos of you, your child or pet in a location of your choice, for example, in a local park.  Please be aware that we will need to make sure that we don’t have other children/people in the pictures.  Therefore, we would recommend attending the park when it is quieter.
